pregnant with her second child when this DVD was filmed. Katie guides

Katie says: "When I fell pregnant with
my second child, I wanted to attend classes, but I found it hard to find
ones which were suitable. I also discovered there weren't many videos
and DVDs out there, so I decided to make my own! I wanted to do
something a bit different, so I've also incorporated a section on how
you can use Yoga and massage for childbirth."
