Positional Release DVD

Positional Release techniques are gentle manual treatment that can be used for releasing muscle pain or spasm by positioning an area of the body in such way that it induces a therapeutic physiological response on the musculoskeletal system. The area of pain is placed in its most comfortable pain free position, and this enhances beneficial neurology and circulatory system changes. It is an excellent way to release hyper-sensitive tissue easily and spontaneously. There are many variants, also called Ortho-bionomy, strain counter-strain, and neuromuscular re-education, these technique use the body’s nervous system to remind the muscles to relax.

This comprehensive DVD shows how to release the most common dysfunctions with ease and skill. This DVD contains almost 3 hours of information. It is formatted in WideScreen for better viewing.
