Integrative Massage- Fire 87 minsFire is bright, strong, heat, also hot and dry nature. In its positive, it is nurturing, warming, and life-giving. In its negative, it is destructive, drying, and debilitating. Fire imbalances include headaches, eye disorders, digestive disorders, liver problems, pain and weakness of the legs. Too much fire results in sympathetic dominance or stressed and burned-out. Fire: A rejuvenating and revitalizing massage designed to loosen blocks, relieve stress and energize the body.

Integrative Massage- Spirit 81 mins Spirit is the prime element in all things, providing space and balance for all elements. Out of balance, we have problems with our breathing, joint pain, and difficulties expressing ourselves. Balanced ether promotes our sense of joy and union. Lack of it is connected with the feeling of grief and separateness. If too much is present in a person's system, will become ungrounded, "spaced out". Spirit: a gentle stress relieving massage designed to quiet the mind and get the client in touch with their deeper rhythms.

Integrative Massage- Earth 73 mins Earth is dense, passive, permanent and stability. Balanced earth reflects in strong bones, active assimilation and elimination, and flexible necks. When unbalanced, fear takes over and we experience neck stiffness, constipation and weak bones. Balanced we find courage and contentment. Earth: A deep, muscular massage designed to release tension, loosen muscles and free restrictions.
