Fascial Release Techniques

This Series presents Steven Goldstein, the founder of Integrative Fascial Release.  Fascial release is a unique blend of myofascial release techniques: autonomic, mechanical, and movement methods. Autonomic methods release muscle guarding, holding patterns and allow for deeper access to fascial structures. This includes the two-pointing method applied across the fascia planes. Mechanical methods attempt to change fascial structures through the application of energy by mechanical pressure, such as static or leverage compression techniques.  Movement methods attempt to re-educate fascial pattern and create tissue changes by positional release.
