Undulation shows how minutes a day can stretch away pain, tension & repetitive strain. Undulation is an inexpensive, customized way to relieve back pain without medication, without special equipment, without a large time commitment. It's like a self-created massage. The body functions best with a variety of movement, but since our society is so specialized, many of us spend most of the day at a single activity, behind a desk, at a computer, leaning over a patient, or driving. Undulation teaches you to increase the diversity of your movements so you'll decrease the risk of repetitive strain injuries. Add Anita Boser's two new undulation guides to your bookshelves and give everyone a healthier spine! |

Feel
better fast with Anita Boser's exercises. If you want to age gracefully, staying active and ache-free for decades, you need to keep your body fluid---and undulation is the answer. That's why Anita Boser, a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner and graduate of the Institute of Structural Medicine, has developed a series of exercises that are unique: they build both strength and flexibility. They guarantee a healthier spine for anyone, whatever your work, whatever your body type, regardless of disabilities. In private practice in a Seattle suburb since 2001, Boser has clients who use undulation at their desks, on airplanes, in wheelchairs and when they're working out. Experienced in Structural Integration, yoga, karate and belly-dancing, Boser believes undulation is an important component in any exercise program. "We all know exercise is important, but no one exercise is right for all of us. We cannot ignore what an individual body needs-and undulations make sure we exercise correctly, without pain or risk of injury." See Also : Undulation Exercises CD

felt this good in years! This is the book to read if you have neck,
shoulder, upper back, or lower back tension."
"Staying active is an important part of being healthy.
This book provides an easy and accessible way to regain fluidity and
strength with the use of Undulation." "Each day I
see people who age in an inspiring way-and others who don't. I am amazed
by the correlation between the ability to move freely and being happy at
an advanced age. By using Anita's Undulation techniques, people are much
more likely to be able to move comfortably-and be happy, despite their
age." "Undulation
feeds the joyful energy that we observe in children at play, and is
inextricably linked to a sense of freedom, agility, and well-being.
Anita offers an easy to follow guide to reawaken this vital force, in a
way that promises to inspire even the most reluctant couch potatoes to
roll their hips and move!" "Movement is life. With this book, Anita gives you step-by-step instructions to listen to your body, move more freely, and feel alive." ---Mark A. Burick, D.C. www.burickwellness.com "A

Anita did not invent
undulation, but she created a way to make this fundamental movement
pattern accessible to people who don't feel like they move well. Her
practice as a Hellerwork Structural Integrator includes teaching her
clients how to use small movements to melt stuck spots, especially in
the back. She accumulated a variety of exercises that transform bodies
from stiff and uncomfortable to graceful and at ease.
These exercises developed into Relieve Stiffness and Feel Young Again with Undulation Anita is active professionally, as Past-President of the American Hellerwork Association and as a member of the International Association of Structural Integrators and Guild for Structural Integration. She graduated from the Institute of Structural Medicine in 2001, was certified by Hellerwork International in February 2002, and has maintained a successful, private practice in Issaquah since then. Anita maintains a busy practice as a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner and is devoted to her husband and twin teenage boys. She spends her free time belly dancing and biking in the woods. www.anitahellerworker.com Read our 6 Questions Interview with Anita Read Anita's Bog: http://www.undulationexercise.blogspot.com/ Interview with Anta (in mp3)
